Big Time Heroes - Issue #4: Beta Together
Session 2, Part 2
Ms. Marvel’s fist
swoops in and clobbers one monitor tech. Miss America flies in, following a suit
and delivers a super-powered punch to the face. Skaar barrels in and dive
punches all the Hydra monitor techs he can spot.
“Get out of my face, you weird looking girl!” One of the
tech draws his side arm on Ms. Marvel. A few punches later and it’s lights out
for the soldiers on monitor duty.
Staring at the glow of the monitors, Miss America taps her
chin. “Maybe your dad is on one of these monitors." A keen eye leads her to a screen marked Omega Level - Dr. Whitehall's Lab. They can see Dr Banner submerged in a tank, being watch over by Daniel Whitehall aka The Kraken. Spider-man successfully hacks the security system and shuts down the security system. Patriot knows that Omega Level is the lowest floor and that Whitehall may be an immortal Head of Hydra. Patriot leads the team back into the hallway and safely down to Beta level.
Miles are of one mind in thinking they should be first to check the level. Everyone is no doubt in the mess hall eating lunch and PAtriot needs to grab the rest of his equipment if he's going to help these amateurs get through the rest of the base to Whitehall. Unfortunately he doesn't have access to the Armory, but Ms. Marvel thinks it'd be a good idea to knockout someone with access, and use their thumb to open the door. But how to get some one...?
America thinks it'd be good for Patriot to lead someone out of the mess hall, and into the hallway where Spidey can knock them out and the team can proceed as planned.
Patriot walks into the Mess Hall and approaches Dr. [], but he is unable to convince her to leave with him. Thankfully, Ms Marvel shapeshifts into a Hydra personnel and convinces General Peabody to follow her into the hallway. Spider-man is at the ready, waiting for the signal to take down the General...
Beta Level: Mess Hall, Barrack, and Hydra R&D/Armory
